Hyams QS Ltd is a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice originally founded in 1955.

The Practice is now run by Richard Mays MRICS, assisted by a small team of experienced surveyors. Richard has over 35 years experience in private practice. He closely monitors all projects within the practice and has detailed day-to-day involvement with many of those projects.
