Cost planning is a specialist system developed by Chartered Quantity Surveyors to ensure all members of the construction team - Architects, Structural and Services Consultants, Interior Specialists, Contractors - together with the Client, arrive jointly at a solution that can be implemented within the budget.

It is then one of our functions to ensure that everything is carried out in accordance with the agreed Cost Plan. Our involvement is at all stages - from design to Contractor tendering and then on to agreeing final project costs.

We constantly monitor each project to eliminate the risk of over-spending and advise corrective action where necessary. Being completely independent of the other professionals enables us to monitor and report directly to the Client.
